Abstract Background

Background

Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in leadership and mentoring roles within the community development sector. These experiences cultivated a specific interest in mental health and ultimately led to creating and establishing Willow.

I am accredited with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) # 25328. I have completed a Bachelor in Arts: International Studies at RMIT, Melbourne and a Master's of Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Cairnmillar Institute, Melbourne.

Holistic Approach

I truly believe in the capacity for healing and growth. When we feel safe, supported and genuinely understood, meaningful emotional shifts can begin to unfold. I offer a space where compassion, collaboration and empathy create the conditions for change, honouring both the mind and the body.

While exploring the past can bring insight and understanding, our work together gently centres on the present moment, approaching your experiences with curiosity, care and deep respect.

You can expect a professional, person-centred and evidence-informed experience. Above all, it matters to me that you feel seen, heard, accepted and safe. Your story, your pace and your wellbeing guide the process.
